Ministry Director / Pastoral Apprentice
Organization: Three Pines Bible Church & Camp Facility
Location: 3765 Hill Loop Rd., Kettle Falls, Washington 99141
Position Type: Full-Time (Single or Couple)
Reports To: Dennis Roberts, Director
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $32,000 per year
Housing: Free, fully furnished on-site home included
Environment: Excellent, safe, and beautiful community to raise a family
Core Responsibilities
Spiritual Leadership: Shepherd and pastor a small, welcoming local church congregation.
Camp Ministry: Coordinate and run camp opportunities, partnering with numerous regional churches to expand youth outreach.
Future Leadership: Participate in direct, hands-on training to eventually take over future leadership needs of the church and camp facility.
Qualifications
A deep, evident love for the Lord and a heart for serving others.
A passion for youth ministry, outdoor camping evangelism, and community outreach.
Strong relational skills to connect with multiple church networks and local families.
